Should I change my wife and son to H4

Could you help me on the questions?
I am H1B second year and NIW 140 Apr/07 approved. 485 filed but waiting.
My wife H1b 6th year and can not extend. Is this right? She has to use her Working Card after her H1B expires? Right? Should I change her to H4 under my H1B and she works using her working card?
Currently my son H4 is under my wife's. Should I change my son under my H1B?

I want to change my wife and son to under my H1B because next year I will renew my H1B for another three years (maximum one time 3 years).
