you need provide basic information in order to find good attorney:
a. type of case, how long...
b. where applicant live (county/state)

reasons:
1.not all cases suitable for WOMs, need to review case by case
2. it will be hard to use out-state lawyer because of court regulation, also will be much more expensive for out-state lawyer (more time to read local court rules, travel ...)

there is lots of information for WOM in Chinese, get familar with some basic before start WOM
