我女兒被拒簽了，請問我該怎麽辦

我因在美讀書無法回國，故申請女兒來美探親一個月，美國駐上海移民局官員竟以她
有移民傾向而拒絕發給她旅遊簽證。 請好心人幫忙看看我該怎麽辦？
