You are now in AOS, not H-1B because you used AP. So, you need to restore your H-1B either by extending your H-1B or getting the H-1B visa from outside U.S. I suggest you go back to China to get the visa with your wife together. It will also show that your marrage is true. There is no H4簽證次數與間隔時間限製.
