回複：NIW:140/485 concurrent or not?

If u donot to take too much risk, u'd better wait untill your I-140 approved to submit your i-485, but if you think your background is so strong that INS has no reason to deny your I-140, you can concurrently submit so that your can get into earlier I-485 line. All depends on your decsion.
