From my FRIENDS experience, there is no specific docs US embassy asks to prove NO-IMMIGRATION-INTENSION. Basically, it depends on their moods that day.
You can test from the following rules...
1. Are you the only child in your family? If yes, please pray.
2. Do they have their own house? If no, seems they can go anywhere, especially USA.
3. Are they still working? If no, please see #2.
4. Have your visited China after your came to US? If no, embassy will feel uncomfortable.
There rules are not 100% true, but I think you should consider these rules. Try to collect more info to convince embassy people. Good luck.
