actually, I did not know exactly what they did. All I asked is:
For lawyer, ask them to contact TSC through AILA(maybe wrong, it is just an lawer assocation with USCIS) regarding to my case
For congressman agent, instead of writing email to TSC, she told me she would do fax to make her request formal(according to her, this means she really wants to get something out, instead of casual reply from TSC). BTW, she has been helping me all the time by writing email, but never get positive response.

On both cases, I want them state my case fact. based on that fact, my case should have been done immediately instead of going through any queue.
