485 Meidcal exam question

Dear all: Please share your experience.

My 1st I485 Medical exam was taken last April and will expire this month. My hu*****and will travel in next few months and do you think we should ask to do another Medical exam now in case CIS needs RFE? If need, where should I ask for the exam documents?
