Don't fire lawyer if employer pays. You just file LD's 485 by yo

Although I paid lawyer for all family members for my 485, USCIS just shows lawyer for primary applicant. So filing 485s separately is okay. Now there is no guarantee that your 140 can be approved without any problem. You may need this lawyer later. Just tell him taking care your case only. Then you file 485 for LD.
