PJIANG, XBT, I need your help!

I know you are very knowladgable. I eager to get your advice. I am pricaple applicant (EB1a, August 2006, TSC). I included my son and my hu*****and. I got my card on March 27. Before the Web for my online check (for all of us three) always showed a wrong information telling that they mailed me a notice for additional information. But this demonstrated a wrong request. It did not exist. I was told over the phone with USCIS. My name check is still pending. Two of my family members got their name cleared long ago. I applied EAD for them. These two actions shoud be the reason that their cases have been separated from mine (I was told so over the phone).
My son needs his card for college. I went to InfoPass yesterday. They did not accept any phone call (also from my lawyer) regarding our cases till May 4.
I read some information in your column. Could you give me some advice in addition?
