If I were you, I will leave home three hours in advance. If you need 1.5 hour for driving, you have another 1.5 hour for security. Few days ago, I went to do fingerprint, I left home at 8:30 am, and the appointment time is 11:00 am, and the driving just need half hour. I arrived there at 9:30 am because of some traffic, then I still have 1.5 hour left for security. Then, they took my fingerprints earlier, and I came out of the USCIC office at 10:10 am. See??? You should not handle the important thing as a common one. So, it is your fault, not other people's. Sorry to say so, but it is the truth.
So, do not deal with important thing as a common one!
