1。我在中國出生，80年代的時候中國沒有辦法出生證。有沒有辦法用其他證明代替？

2。經濟擔保一定需要我嗎？還是我父母也可以

3。我有自己的公司，employment verification letter要怎麽寫？
if self-employed, use your income tax return.

4。上麵的13-15，如果我父母可以做經濟擔保，是不是這些資料就是我父母的了？
if you don't have enough income. Yes, add theirs in I864a.

5。I864上麵可以加上移民申請人自己， 需要他公司出employee verification letter嗎？
only if still not enough after adding income from you, your parents.

6。I864上麵也寫“If you included the income of the intending immigrant who is your spouse, evidence that his/her income will continue fromt he current source after obtaining lawful permanent resident status must be provided.”因為他想申請I-765, 批準下來就換工作。這樣子source of income肯定就變了，是不是就不能放他成income了？
no need to use this unless you and your parents don't have enough income.
