Can anyone help with this question about applying O-1 after EB1?

申請了EB1a還能申請O-1嗎？ 有公司說願意替我申請O-1。還有，如果O-1 兩個月後沒有申請下來，是不是就隻能是另外再找工作了？有人有過這種經驗嗎？有什麽建議嗎？ Thank you.
