FP questio for pjiang老師

PF code 2 results will go to FBI, I did PF code 2 3 weeks ago, but called 304-625-5590 and was told no results were received, only received my previous two(code 3-Jun. 2005 and cose 1 Jan. 2007) Do you think that is OK. I was told by the call receiver all PF results should received in 24 hours afte PF is done.
