welcome notice/approval notice sent to you and/or your lawyer from TSC or NSC where your 485 is located.

GC card is sent from Vermont Center(zip 05479 from the evelope).

So my understanding : Card order production email means TSC tell VSC to produce the card, then in 2 to 4 days, VSC produced the card and mailed to you from Vermont.) if your home is near Vermont, you can get it in 1 day. in my address in texas, it takes another 3 days to get card.
