How can I make an appointment online for infopass, please help!

My I-485 case was transfered to NBC at the end of Feb. and I am still waiting for an interview notice. I am trying to make an appointment online for infopass and what's "Service Request ID Number" if I make the forth choice: Case "Services follow-up appointment - If it has been over 45 days since you contacted NCSC and have not received a response to your inquiry. You must bring the Service Request ID Number related to your inquiry to the appointment."
