No, They didn't return anything to me. Just send a letter saying "The medical exam (Form I-693) contained in your Service file does not indicate that th required Tuberculin skim test was conducted. Therefor, please make an appointment with a designated civil surgeon so that the Tuberculin skin test can be administered. The folloing evidence was requested: Form I-693 which included Tuberculin Skin test"
