我於去年，July 30， 2007 之前遞交的I-140 （EB3），當時以沒有 premium processing, 同時遞交了I-485. 現在EAD和AP已批，但140還是沒有消息。有沒有有相同情況的朋友給 Laura Bush 寫信，OR filed a lawsuit (WOM)against the Homeland Secuirty? If so, could you please provide samples?
