You have 10 days period time to found a new job to maintain your H1 status not tomorrow.

After 10days, you will have no H1 status but only adjust of status (AOS) based on your I-485 is pending currently. You can not working until you get your EAD or renewed H1 but you are legally stay in US. It is a kind of dangerous that you may get a REF from USCIS to ask for employment letter before your 485 approve if your 140 was employment based. But you absolutely can stay here since your 485 is pending. So try to found similar job ASPS.
