In the beginning of March,I sent letters to both the Local office and Chicago. I went to local office to ask for the statas on March 21, 08. The officer in the local office knew the 180 days policy and he said they will process my case soon. On March 25, I got the approval letter for my 485 and they order the card in the same time.I think you need not send letters. You had better go to local office to ask. YOur case should be in the local office if you did marriage interview already. Good Luck to you!
