Please Help! What can I do?

I am filing divorce right now. LG has gc and I am H1B. My visa expires on 8/31/2009. He is trying to tell the judge that because I don't have gc I can't have the custody of our son (2 years old who was born in the US). I also have I-360 approved last year as a battered spouse. Now the court wants me to provide all my visa documents and I don't want to him to know that I have I-360. What should I do? I really don't want to loose my boy. Could anyone please help?
