Xiao Baitu,Pjiang, would you please take a look at my question:

wife is still in AOS & H4 status I think, used AP. she will be a full time student this summer,if she is getting a work study position on campus with EAD, what is best approach to stay legal and finish study (15 months) in the case of her 485 denied? We are weighting if her EAD should be used.
