Pjiang and Xiaobaitu, please help

Here is our status: my wife and I both hold H1B. We submited I-485 last August, and received EAD and AP last month. My daughter is in AOS (she used her EAD)

Q1. How many times can we use AP (three copies) to re-entry US?
Q2. Will my daughter's status change to parole if she re-entry US with AP from Canada or Mexico (we have Canadian passport)? She needs this status to apply FSFA.
