3/10 TSC MEMO 猜想

朋友昨天來電話說收到移民局的信，信紙上是3/10的日期，郵寄出的日期是3/24。
內容差不多是CASE is pending at TSC because of FBI check blah blah blah, please contact them in 6 months if no any result...

他們的情況是:

PD：2000/1/18 EB3
140/485 concurrent file: 2007/2/16

我曾經在去年12月份幫他們問過NC的情況,得知主申請人NC pending,副申請人NC
cleared。然後就一直等著。也沒有任何查詢。昨天就接到這封信。

所以，猜測移民局還是在3/10左右，把它們的數據庫整理了一遍，給符合MEMO的人先發封“安慰信”？
