Pjiang ,xiaobaitu 等專家幫忙

My hu*****and got bacholor degree and have 15 years IT expereince which he should be qualified for applying for green card on EB2. But his company just filed him on EB3 in dec.2004. now, our 140 got approved in january,2008, 1485 pending and we are waiting for EB3's current date.
My question is that: if my hu*****and find a company who can file another Labor for him on EB2, after labor cleared, can port his old current day of (EB3)to EB2. In a word, he is just trying to speed his current date by changing EB3 to Eb2).
