question for Pjiang and xiaobaitu

My hu*****and and I have filed I-485 together last July and I filed as the dependent.
I'm currently H-1B. We got the EAD last Oct.
The question is if I quit job or change to part time, do I need to refile I-485?
And if I quit job, do I need to apply for H4 or I can just use EAD?
