I485 Approved after waiting for yrs

I140 NIW RD: Mar 2003 16 english papers (8 first author including 1 in a CNS journal)
I485 filed in Nov 2004, returned a week later. Reason: no I140 record. Next week, I140 found but rejected.Reason: not qualified.
I140 Appealed on Dec 2004: Still pending at this moment.
I140 AD: Apr 2005. Reason: system error, automatic re-open and approval.
I485 re-submit date: Apr 2005
1st FP: July 2005
Tansfer from VSC to TSC in Mar 2008
2nd FP: Jan 2008
I485 RFE: No physical Exam Record. Re-did in Jan 2008
3rd I765 RD Mar12, 2008, rejected 2 days later. SEE NOTICE FOR EXPLANATION.
I485 AD: March 17, 2008 Received card yesterday.
