nonpro,thanks to answer my question. however, I never get any the forms that you mention. My lawyer told me because of my I-730 denial then I got figerprint notice(the immigration offer may think i am illegal in USA). do you think that is true? if i go to do the figerprint then i will face a immigration court. as i told you i have a student visa. do i need to do the figerprint? If i don't do it. what will be happen?
