As a matter of fact, I don't think the Processing Time published by USCIS to mean anythig accurate. For example, my Indian coworker filed his I-1485 in late June of 2007, and got approved last business day of November, at that time, the processing time is not even close to June of 2007. USCIS overall is a big mess, and I do not know how they get the data, and going back and forth in dates over the months.
In this case, the moving back could have been the MEMO, which caused a lot of old cases to be inserted back to the processing queue.
Agree but probably we don't need to take it too serious
