請問Pjiang老師及其他兄弟姐妹

1)。 作為I-485副申請人可不可以申請H-1B 第七年延期。

2)。 萬一485被拒， EAD 持有者或H-1B VISA 第七年延期者是否仍可保持合法工作

身份至EAD 或H-1B 到期。
