Thank you so very much. However, if I choose (a), I am required to attach a copy of the approval notice but I do not have such an approval notice. This is first time I have ever file anything for my mother.

Special thanks for the information about physical examination. Should I have my mother do her physical exam before I send out I-130 and I-485 or send the examination results with I-130 and I-485?
