I called the IRS, they said the case still is pendind

I am not work for the first company any more, I worked for the new employer for a year. should I just wait for the H1 transfer back or need to renew use the first H1?
because from the first H1 visa till end of this year will be 3 years.

I don't know if you got idea what's my problem or not.
