如果公司證明申請人3年後還回美國繼續原職位工作可以嗎?

用CP的好處是什麽呢? 看了老師的網站, 好象FILE CP後EAD也會被撤消? HOW ABOUT AP?
- You may not maintain I-485 when you're not present in US for a long time. AP/EAD is gone when I-485 is replaced by CP.
