MEMO works - 全家都綠了

下麵是俺家的細節：

９７年來美國，０１年學校畢業．０２年開始辦綠卡．ＬＡＢＯＲ等了兩年，０４年ＣＯＮＣＵＲＲＥＮＴ　ＦＩＬＥ　140/485．０５年７月,１４０批準．然後是無盡的等待．寫信給ＦＩＲＳＴ　ＬＡＤＹ，USCIS directors, etc. Nothing works. Confirmed by FBI, name check pending since 11/2004.

今年２月得知ＭＥＭＯ，２／１１　ＦＡＸ　To USCIS，當天和第二天，wife　and daughter的ＣＡSＥＳ SHOW ＳＯＦＴ　ＵＰＤＡＴＥＳ．

2/17, 所有家庭成員APPROVED 130 CASEs soft LUDs.

3/12,3/13,3/14 three soft LUDs.

3/17 律師發ＥＭＡＩＬ說收到三份ＲＦＥs - 我們居然沒收到任何ＵＰＤＡＴＥＳ從ＵＳＣＩＳ　ＷＥＢＳＩＴＥ. ＲＦＥs全是要求做ＴＢ　ＴＥＳＴ．因為當年我們都是直接做的Ｘ－ＲＡＹ. 周五把結果快件寄出．

3/24　ＵＳＣＩＳ收到
3/25 soft LUD
今天早上收到三個ＥＭＡＩＬＳ．千年等一回，終於等到了！

2/17 on approved I130 for all family members

3/21 Response to RFEs
3/24 Received by USCIS
3/25, LUD
3/26 the above emails for all three family members.
