Yes, changed 4 times, but all internally, in the same location, the job functions were a little bit different. They could explain this as promption, taking more responsibility. As long as your I485 is pending for more than 180 days, you are fine to switch job, as long as the same funtion, even in different areas, that would be fine. I have 4 colleagues took the same approaches.
