給需要TAX建議的朋友,必須是MARRIED,至於TAX ID,是和

RETURN一起申請的,在ID一欄寫上REQUESTING / ON FILING, SOMETHING LIKE THAT,同時遞交W7(請看W7的注釋).

配偶在國外的,可以MAKE ELECTION TO BE RESIDENT,請看IRS的注釋.

一定不是SINGLE,這和你的結婚日子不符合,以後綠卡也是麻煩!!!!
