關於H1B申請的問題,請教Pjiang老師和小白兔姐姐等前輩.

前幾天我問了關於我從H1B->TN->H1B的問題,

現在填表時又遇到新的問題：
1. 小白兔JJ說我的cap還有效,那麽我申請時是該寄到H1B cap還是non-cap呢？
2. 如果需要寄到cap那邊，那麽最近正趕上大批新H1B的申請，會不會被不小心當成是需要cap的去抽簽呢？如果沒抽中而被退回來，我可不可以再遞上去或dispute呢？
3. 129 data collection表上part C第五項，"Has the beneficiary of this petition been previously granted status as an H-1B nonimmigrant in the past
6 years and not left the United States for more than one year after attaining such status?"，是在問H1B status有沒有滿6年呢，還是隻是問有沒有過H1B？我的情況是有過H1B但不滿6年(一共隻用了幾個月, 後來就換工作轉了TN），沒有離開美國一年，我該答yes還是no呢？
