You may totally rely on your lawyer.In fact, only you know yourself, only you know your research achievements, only you know what your work means to US national interest. Whatever you re-submit Eb1a or NIW, you's better draft your cover letter by yourself based on a good sample letter. The cover letter may be crucial to your petition.
