急問:去加拿大簽證H1-B visa的有效期是多長 ?

持中國護照，I－７９７上的有效期至２０１０年。如果去加拿大簽 H１－B visa， 可能得到 3 years multiple entries 嗎？ 聽說在中國簽的H１－B visa隻有 3 month 2 entries.
請問這是根據I－７９７ 的有效期，還是根據中美的簽證協定？謝謝.
