關於140的問題

關於140的問題

兩個星期前收到EMAIL,說"we mailed out you a notice that we have approved this I140 ...".
但現在還沒收到信(I797表?).
請問過來人:
(1) 信是寄給律師還是本人?
(2) 一般要多長時間才能收到?
