Help! Got RFE, but it refers to other case!

剛剛收到I-140 RFE, 但是要求的東西不是我的,律師說需重新交申請 因為移民官可能找不到我的申請了.
請問這種情況怎麽處理?? 需要重新交費嗎? 申請日期會不會重新計算?
