Pjiang or any expert, please help change address

I am in 485 pending. I was H4 before and I am using my EAD to make money now. Now I need move so I need send the Address Card to USCIS.
Please help me on next items in the card. Thanks a lot!
(1) I am in the United States as a. Visitor; b. Permanent Resident c. Student; d. Other...(specify)
Which one is right for 485 pending?
(2) If not a permanent, my stay in the US expires on (Data):
How to fill this item?
