just called TSC

剛剛給TSC 打電話.一個LADY 接的,說我的NC沒有CLEAR,我說我的NC去年就CLEAR了,她堅持說沒有,還建議我去INFOPASS 去問問怎麽回事.放下電話越想越不對,我打過多次電話,每次都告訴我NC CLEAR 了,怎麽突然又沒CLEAR呢.五分鍾後,我又打了一個,這次是個男的,核對了我的INFO後,告訴我,"good news, your NC is cleared"．　我簡直不敢相信我的耳朵，我問他是真的嗎，他說他很肯定．告訴我３０天之內有消息．
　　這些人恐怕自己都不知道在說些什麽，如果不能提供正確信息，那為什麽要提供錯誤的信息呢．？！！！
