office at the border might have heard of it that landed immigrant of canada can not automatically return to the US without a valid visa even though I will stay in canada for less than 30 days. So I just want to know if anyone has heard of this or it only apply to citizens from British commonwealth country. People from international affair office told me this. I never heard of this before. That makes me worrisome because I need go to canada very soon and I am unable to make an appointment for visa interview with US consulate because I am close to Ontario area. It is easier to make appointment in Vancouver.
