I am pretty sure there is no need for advertisement for H1b transfer.

Chances are very rare. Find a lawyer, if the company is not willing to pay, pay the lawyer fee by yourself.

As long as you have relevant education to your new job position, take good care of the documents, and if the company is an OK company, you will be fine
