EB2;PD02/02;Rd03/04;NC cleared 03/2006; still hanging,

I called yesterday and was told "pending"

My hu*****and's NC cleared 2/25/08. He just called and was told would be resolved by 4/30/08.

None of their answers are reliable in my view.
