Pjiang老師，謝謝你的解答。雖然EB-1b現在是current,可它的批準是不是還是在按照140的PD順序在批呢？

最近看到的已批準的EB-1 類的485申請今後都是late 2005和2006年的，並沒有批準同樣是current 的2007 遞交的呀，如果是這樣，xfer PD也是沒有用麽？謝謝請回答。
- You may not be clear with PD (I-140) xfer and 485 xfer. Read it again.
