Don't be worry. Usually you can receive card within one week from date you received e-mail. In order to receive card with current address, go to post office:
1. Cancel forward notice for time being.
2. If you don't receive card before relocation, ask post office to hold all mails for one week. This period should be long enough for you to get your card.
To my know, USCIS notice can't be forwarded to other address. If you call USCIS to change address, it may take more than one month for card redelivery. Don't forget filing AR-11 for change of address.
