1) 1-800-375-5283
2) 1 - select English
3) 2 - main menu
4) 2 - check case status etc.
5) 6 - check case status
6) 1 - enter EAC-xxxxxxxx (listen to the record till the end)
7) 3 - continue
8) 4 - you get transferred to CSC rep after record message.
