If I understand you correct, you are H4 status, studying at school. H1, H4, F1 also should be eligible to use the 30 day automatic revalidation rule. When you entered the U.S. what status of yourself did you tell officer? Did your hu*****and travel with you as well?If you didn't mention about the H1B transfer, they wouldn't know it. Did they request you or your hu*****and to provide any document?
